Installation Instructions
After installing the application, ensure the application does not have a pink background. If you have a pink background when you log in you are using the incorrect log in credentials. In order to see the correct application, sign in using your DecoPac.com credentials. If you need assistance logging in or resetting your password please call our Customer Support Team at 1-800-644-1228.

- Intel® Core™2 Processor or AMD Athlon® 64 processor 2GHz or faster processor (or equivalent)
- 2 GB of RAM (Windows 8.1) 4GB or higher recommended ( Windows 10 & Windows 11)
- 6.5 GB of available hard-disk space for installation
- Cannot install on removable flash storage devices
- 1024x768 display (1280x1024 recommended), 16-bit color, and 256MB of VRAM
- High-speed internet connection: broadband, DSL or T1
- 2.0/3.0 USB Port Support (Minimum 2 ports)

Edible media, ink cartridges and printer cleaning supplies for your PhotoCake system must be purchased from DecoPac in order to keep your warranty intact and to receive the world-class technical support.
